HOLY SHIT!There is no doubt from this footage. They Shot a man then handcuffed him and made no attempts to save his life. These pigs should die. And it doesn't matter the color of the officer or the victim this is a matter of human decency. Anyone who says other wise is ignorant and libel to due the same thing. If one person shoots another person who is unarmed and out numbered in the back as they lie on the ground it is irrelevant as to what color their skin is this is wrong-period-point blank.
