So I was thinking about the sport of horse racing, and how it began as a way for warriors to train their horses for battle. It evolved quickly into a spectator event, and then became the exclusive "Sport of Kings", kept alive in modern times by being the most legally excepted form of gambling. And has devolved into an excuse for this...
